Grant Requests

All grant requests will be reviewed monthly during PTSO board meetings. If the requested amount is over $1,000, the grant must be approved at a quarterly PTSO general meeting.
Grants that provide enrichment will be given high priority.
The majority of grants must benefit a large group of students.
Materials purchased are school property and need to stay at CMS.
Grant requests need CMS administrator approval before submission to the PTSO to determine if there are existing funds available to cover needs.
Once approved, checks will be given to the CMS Office Manager; please attach all invoices and receipts.
